Although we specialize in romance and fantasy books, we love to place orders for specific requests of ANY genre!

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days and will be shipped out immediately. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

No. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can review your request.
Requests without photo proof or submitted after the deadline will be automatically denied.
Damage means significant physical harm caused during shipping (e.g., torn pages, crushed cover, water damage).
The following do not qualify as damage:
Minor wear or cosmetic imperfections
Slight corner dents or shipping marks
Differences in appearance from images
Change of mind or incorrect purchase

If your request is approved, we may send you a replacement copy (if available). If a replacement is not available, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
